Bocelli Guest House is a recently renovated modern building with 10 apartments equipped with all comforts, located in La Sterza, a small fraction in the municipality of Lajatico, where the Bocelli family planted his roots back in 1831.
Bocelli Guest House is a place that will allow you to savour country life while remaining close to the town centre.
Here, you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of this small rural town where daily life has a slow and livable rhythm despite being the heart of the manufacturing area, where skilled masters of iron, mechanics and carpentry work.
La Sterza is located in a strategic position for those who want to visit the most important cities of art and culture in central Tuscany while being surrounded by villages that still preserve their authenticity but do not refuse the influences of contemporary artists who keep them in line with modern times.

Are you close to busy roads?
Bocelli Guest House is far from busy roads because it is located in a rather secluded area allowing guests to immerse themselves in the serenity of countryside living while remaining conveniently close to the town centre. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of this small rural town where everyday life has a slow and liveable rhythm.
At what time are the check-in and the check-out?
Check-in is from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Check-out must take place by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Late check-in 8.00 pm/10.00 pm with a supplement of €30.00.
Check-in is not possible after 10 pm.
Are there rooms for smokers?
The Bocelli Guest House does not have apartments for smoking guests, therefore smoking is prohibited in all apartments.

La Sterza, much like the entirety of Lajatico municipality, holds the charm of an undiscovered Tuscany, in a central position to explore the region’s renowned attractions. Synonymous with art, tranquillity, and a fervour for outdoor pursuits, fine dining, and exquisite libations, it offers an idyllic retreat.
Conveniently located just a 40-minute drive from Pisa airport, La Sterza is easily accessible via the Florence-Pisa-Livorno highway. Nestled in the Valdera region, along the Wine Road of the Pisan Hills, it boasts a landscape adorned with gentle hills, home to a lot of esteemed winemakers, including the Bocelli Family itself which has been producing wine since 1831.
Heading southward, within a 40-minute drive, lies the Etruscan coast, where crystalline waters, diverse beaches, and ancient historical sites beckon visitors to indulge in relaxation and exploration. Heading north, in an hour’s drive, you can reach Versilia, renowned for its sandy shores, chic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife, offering a captivating cocktail made of sea, shopping and fun.
Staying in the close area, you can opt for a bath in the thermal waters pools of nearby Casciana Terme, a place many scholars claim was already revered since Roman times for its natural wonders. Within an hour’s drive, guests can reach and visit the most beautiful cities of this prosperous region: Volterra, just 20 km away; San Gimignano, 35 km; Lucca, 60 km; and Florence or Siena, both within 75 km.
